Raspberry Chipotle Beef – Tender beef cooked in a homemade raspberry chipotle BBQ sauce, sliced for easy eating.
Enchilada Casserole (vegetarian) – A warm and tasty Mexican lasagna alternating layers of salsa, cheese and corn tortillas.
